Ingredients:
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp. avocado or olive oil
1/2 white or yellow onion, diced finely
2 stalks of celery, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
And so on.

Instructions:
  • First. Heat 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil and 1 tbsp. avocado oil over medium heat in a dutch oven or soup pot. When hot, add the diced onion and sliced celery and saute until the onions are tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Next, Add the sliced garlic and saute for 2 more minutes, or until fragrant but being careful not to burn.
  • Step 3, Add the sliced cabbage, the coconut aminos, and the fish sauce. Toss to coat and saute until the cabbage just starts to wilt, about 3-4 minutes.
