Ingredients:
1 cup butter 2 sticks, at room temperature
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
  • Step 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Next step is, Beat together butter and sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla extract.
  • After it, Add flour and salt and mix until incorporated and dough comes together in a ball. If desired, chill for 30 minutes.
