Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef
12 oz bag of frozen peas and carrots
2 packages of brown gravy mix
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions:
Step number 1. Cook ground beef in a large pan. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Drain off any excess grease and then add gravy mix with the broth and water. Stir. Add in the peas and carrots and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour the meat mixture into a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Spread the leftover mashed potatoes over the top as best you can. Spread the cheese all over the top. Bake in a 350℉ oven for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
