Ingredients: 2 T butter 2 large sweet onions sliced 2 t balsamic vinegar 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6 oz. each 1/2 t dried thyme And many more.
Instructions:
Step 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
After it, Add onions and a pinch of salt and cook, stirring occasionally until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Next step is, Add balsamic vinegar and cook for 1-2 minutes longer.
