Ingredients:
8 oz uncooked linguine see the notes
1 lb frozen mussels washed and cleaned
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1 bulb fennel halved and thinly sliced
1 tbsp butter
And so on.

Instructions:
  • First step, Cook pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Step 02, Meanwhile, melt butter in a large non stick pan.
  • Step 03, Add fennel and sauté it on a medium heat for 3 minutes.
